Made my whole family happy, which is VERY hard to do!!! I substituted the cider vinegar (ran out) with 1/3 cup tomato sauce. I have the 3 bears - my husband likes things very flavorful and spicy, my daughter likes it flavorful, and my son likes everything mild. This one satisfied all them! My husband just added a bit of hot sauce to his. I double the recipe and make extra now, and we use the leftover meat for nachos or mexican salads on a different night. Dinner for 2 nights!

SO easy! The whole family loved it. When I threw in the noodles, I also threw in peas and corn leftover from the previous night. Why not?
